Here are the settings you should use for an Iphone or Ipod Touch, if you use anything else then your video will most likely be broken on your device. 2011-09-07_1611 - Nishok's library this program is capable of converting it to any apple product, you'll just have to find the correct conversion settings to get it to work correctly. Edit: I see you need sub files, no idea if this program does it, but I know there are programs which just add your sub file to the movie file directly, and then you can use the program I linked to convert it to support apple products.
