Sol Republic Headphones, Beats killer?

So apparently the guy behind Monster, the company that makes Beats By Dre headphones has found Sol Republic. They are launching a headphone line, trying to offer the same quality as Beats, but at a much more affordable price.

 

Apparently from what I heard, these things sound just as good as Beats with a retail price of $100. Top it all off they say that the actual headband is indestructible (no snapping bullshit like with the Dre's).

 

They look like a cheap knockoff, but the reviews I'm hearing are solid. The HD version is coming up soon, so I'm probably going to wait for those to come out before I try these bad boys out.

That itself is already going into the "unnecessarily expensive" range.

Considering the fact that a decent pair of Beats costs $300-400, sounds like a cheap knockoff to me. xD

Look decent, I just don't want to judge until I actually see and feel them.

 

Steelseries are good builds. I just want something that looks stylish for when I'm out.. I have Bose headphones, they're amazing but they're more suited for old people >_>
