I always forget about the right one. I use it while eating with my left hand if I rember correctly. Thats about it though.

I tried typing a few things and I found that for certain letters like "I" I just toggle the Caps Lock key on for half a second, and for just about everything else that needs shifts, I just press the right shift with my right hand and type the other letter with my left.

 

Also, I have my mouse set up for lefty so I use my left hand more when just browsing.

Can't remember the last time I used the right shift key, scroll lock, home, page up or down. Those are all keys that serve no purpose unless your browsing the web with a keyboard which I would only do if my mouse died (and I have like six backups).

I think that I use them equally, when I'm typing I use the right one, and when I'm gaming I use the left one(since it would be retarded to remove my hand from the mouse so I can walk in CSS).

I never ever use it, the only times it has been used is when someone is playing a 2 player game with me on the same keyboard..

I have different binds in CS:S so I mostly use my right key.
