The problem is, they need to be a server-side skin to work. Neither of them are. You can modify them but I do not know how.

Tried looking into hex editing the skins, but that cop skin doesn't have the paths in the file, so I'm stumped. Maybe it's too old to work. If someone else knows how to convert them, feel free and link me to them and I'll get them added. Furthermore, if you know of a server that has different/better skins, PM me and I'll see if they are available elsewhere, I just need to know the name.
