Oh. Not sure that's server specific or not, but hats were always fucked up for me (appearing in front of me when I wear them), so I stopped wearing hats.

I think that's kind of the point. You want your prisoners to stand out. Where's the realism if the prisoners can wear dark clothing to blend in with their surroundings? People complaining about the colors of the clothes have obviously never been in prison.
