If a T is running at a CT, that CT can warning shoot him and kill him if he does not stop running at him or is very close, unless that CT is baiting or doing an LR.

I like it but I think the green on the right side should be a little lighter. It can be kinda hard to read for me and the MOTD screen isn't that large. Other than that looks great!
