Lux Posted October 27, 2011 Content Count: 6712 Joined: 03/06/08 Status: Offline Share Posted October 27, 2011 I bought Sennheiser HD415 headphones over 2 years ago and have had no problems with them at all. Sound quality wise it's good......nothing amazing but tbh I've never used high spec headphones so I wouldn't know what to compare it to. Price wise.....very cheap......though it is an old model (I would guess a newer model wouldn't be much more....still probably $40-$50). Comfort wise it's ok. Soft on the head and ears, adjustable and never had any pain from it. Downsides are that there's no mic....and it doesn't have the best sound retention (if you have your own room then it's fine). I had that exact fatality headset and the quality was about the same, although I will say that if you wear the headset for 2 hours or more, your ears will start to hurt, and after 3-4 hours it will hurt to the point you will have stop playing (not necessarily a bad thing), that is my only bad thing about it. For the price though it is very good, but if you are willing to shell out a few extra monies, the steel series is just as good without the ear rape, and if you are a faggot like me, you'll pick one of the different colors for some reason though if you pick white you'll save like 10-15 dollars then picking another color, also for some reason the blackand gold one is one hundred dollars, don't get that one. Black and gold is a special edition thing, so I guess that's why it costs that.. Edit: Trakaill, it depends on how you treat them.. I've never had a single problem with my headset, and I've had it for nearly a year now. Link to comment
