Is Sg.Reg better than Sg.Mem?

I was wondering, since some people have SG.REG tag and some have the SG.MEM tag. Is it the same rank and a different way of putting it? Or is it higher?

To be an SG reg you have to have 100 posts and be an SG member for 2 months.

 

SG reg is higher than SG mem.
