I am just about to buy and Xbox 360 and I only have enough money for 1 game (spending to much on booze lately). Out of all the games I could buy, I have narrowed my list to 5 different games. They include: -Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 -Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare -Halo 3 -Grand Theft Auto IV -Gears of War With these different choices, what game should I buy. Also, if there is another game I should buy instead of one of these, please let me know. Thank you very much. Link to comment

If you're staying offline, there really isn't a choice... Grand Theft Auto IV will easily last you 30-40~ish hours on the first playthrough, while the other games won't last you more than 10 on the first playthrough(or so I've heard). I've heard Gears of War and Call of Duty 4 are criminally short in single player. Not quite sure about Vegas. The only game I've played from the list other than GTA IV is Halo 3, and I returned it two weeks after I bought it. Beat it once, had no desire to go through it again. Link to comment

Bodybag Posted May 24, 2008 Content Count: 269 Joined: 11/02/07 Status: Offline Share Posted May 24, 2008 Best to worste in my opinon 4-Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 2-Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 1-Halo 3 5-Grand Theft Auto IV 3-Gears Of War It would depend on what kind of games you like and by this list i see you like shooters. It would depend if you are going to play online or not. Online play would be good for Halo 3, because it has a short story to it in my opinon. If you wanna play online and offline then the other games are probably going to be your style. Link to comment

It got boring for me sooner than most other games, but I didn't really like TF. Not my type of multiplayer game. If you are in to zombies you might want to check out Dead Rising. That is always a fun game and can last long if you do not foresee any further game purchases in the near future. Link to comment
