cakeshark Posted January 17, 2013 Content Count: 475 Joined: 08/15/08 Status: Offline Share Posted January 17, 2013 I like swordfish because it's so meaty. Should call it steakfish. Also, split between mahi mahi and burgers for tomorrow. Or maybe I'll buy something else? Link to comment

Game animals just don't do it for me, with the exception of deer jerky. I would love to try something crazy like elephant or hippo, though I'm pretty sure that would be supporting something illegal so I'd pass if given the chance. Link to comment

Dunno how long I will keep wanting to share what I cook lol. Blackened wild caught yellowfin tuna. The line up of what I used for blackening spices, plus da fishies. Ready to go. If I was all high living and shit I would leave it medium rare. But I like my food dead. So I ate with a bit of pink in the middle. Dank ass shit. Link to comment

Made me want some real swordfish. Wild caught swordfish. Olive oil, lime juice, onion juice, oregano, parsley, garlic cloves, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Before: After: Much better than the first attempt, fresh makes all the difference. Link to comment

It was actually harder to cook it medium well without ruining it, I ran a fine line between just how I like it and crap. Lol. I've never had caribou before though, I'll give anything a try once.
