This one allows you to force the player to spend a set amount of time on the T team before they can join CT again.

 

If anything this one would be a lot better. Have a plugin that just CT bans them for a couple hours seems just unfair i guess, not really the right word to use. Most of the CTs who come on and aren't there regularly and only don't know the rules. It's a better idea to just put them on the T team long enough for them to get an understanding of the game than to ban them because in that time they would most likely understand how to play. We aren't in desperate need of either of these because there are generally enough admins on PB at a certain time to fix the ratio but it would be nice incase.

Just get a plugin that requires you to have played at least half an hour as a terrorist before joining CT. That will drastically decrease server jumping freekillers.

Have you tried putting in team chat so that CT's can communicate with each other over mics without the terrorists hearing it and vise versa for Terrorists. That would be too sick

Yea we had it but it didnt work out to well. People would forget that they were in team voice chat, try to give orders and freekilll people for not following their orders. It really cause more harm then good.

Ya the plugin was shit. It's a good idea but without a good plugin it's useless.
