The other version that we tried (CSSBANANA: Surf_Prosperity : Download (Counter-Strike: Source > Maps > Surf Style)) was under the wrong name, surf_Prosperity instead of surf_prosperity_v2, so I checked the latter on the server and it was on so I zoned it. Originally it was because the Gamebanana link had the map as the name surf_Prosperity, but it wouldn't allow me to switch to that map since it wasnt found. I saw that in my map folder it was named surf_prosperity_v2, so I tried switching to that and suprisingly it was already on the server. The map works perfectly fine now.
