I try to do workouts e-mailed to me from the site that hosts the Spartan Races usually consisting on either mixtures of running, anywhere from 1-3 hour runs to hill workouts with core squeezed in. Or just basic stuff like pull-ups, lunges, crunches, burpees (worst thing ever). Also hardcore masturbation helps out too

On a serious note, you wanna lose that chubs, do some cardio, skipping and swimming is best. You wanna gain muscle, do some heavy lifting. I ain't gonna go into details because you a beginner and people layed it out pretty simple to you. But number one rule is you gotta be true to what you do. Once you start, don't stop, maintain your schedule and you will start seeing improvements after a month. However, if you keep stopping then starting again, gg.
