It's natural for players to have other priorities other than gaming, and it certainly isn't a problem so long as you don't do it to get a better player on your team lol. I replaced crazycanadian with jen? Pretty much made it okay. Lmao Link to comment

We're essentially playing a different team entirely and it just allows better players to replace shitty ones. I could, for instance, say Scuba is not on our team because he's never around or available to play and therefore replace him with some 100% experienced competitive player who I know that would rape 95% of SG players easy. Does the 100% experienced competitive player have 50 posts? Honestly if teams cannot play with their players they need to pull out of the competition. I do know that this is supposed to be a warm up to a 5 v 5 and being so far along, it would be pointless to do this now so I'm not saying it should be done now. But it should be taken into account for any future competition. It will be as far as Scrim competitions go, I agree that they probably should be pulled out, however it is the semi finals now as you said. Link to comment

At this point it's becoming a "pick your own team" tournament, which is not fair for the other players that have already lost and had to play with randomized teams. They have 4 players to choose from in their 3v3. Link to comment

I still don't have my PC set up, and have tons of shit to do still. Bom dropped because he had to help me move, and other reasons. Our team is turning into "just add good players so we'll win" when it was Bom, Octa and myself who carried the team anyhow. Instead of adding people to a team where the 3 main players dropped, you should've moved the last team we beat forward, or if not possible then another team. It isn't fair to the people who already lost. At this point, this 3v3 needs to end so you guys can get your 5v5 you wanted going. Anyone who scrims knew what team was going to win since the beginning, especially with the final maps being really hard to 3v3 maps and just awp maps. Link to comment

I'm just replacing players and continuing the tournament to get it over with, which is what I thought people wanted. The only "fair" alternative is to take away every replaced player and leave people with only 1-2 people in their team and force them to play out with it. I'm sure no one will say "BS" to that either. I'm not making a point of leaving people with 1 or 2 people to play a match; I'm saying if people have 3 people able and willing to play, or shit, even 4, then it's bullshit that they're just going out and looking for good players for a 5th to just make their team as good as possible. To me, that's getting around the whole point of a 'randomized' process. I get them having to have a sub for multiple people dropping, but there literally is no point in having a 5th player at this point in the tournament, all that's doing is skirting around the rules.
