Hey! Im KoolAid and i feel like the whole warning shots thing needs to be like say what your warning the person for before you shot then and you can only use a pistol. This is because everyone always shoots your head with an awp and says oh you were low on health and your all like bitch i had 100 life. I feel this is something that needs to be brought up at a meeting or something.

I will never require people to warning shot with strictly pistols because shit happens where you need to get the shot out quick and not waste time switching weapons. If players are breaking rules and free killing then report that, but I'm not changing the rule over it.

When you give a warning shot to prisoners, you shoot them in the foot, not in the head and absolutely not with an awp.

If you see anyone doing this and when a warning about it doesnt work; demo it and make a complaint. Its the best way to get their attention.

you can warningshoot wit any gun, BUT if you kill someone with that shot it is a freekill. so using an awp for a warningshot would tecnically be fine (just be shure its a legshot that deals 86dmng) but if a player ''warningshot'' with an awp and deals 100+ damange it is the same as a freekill

People like this fuck it up for others.

You can't set a number on a warning shot, but a freekill is a freekill. CT's should go for the option that's less likely to kill the T.. And still there are mongrels saying "warningshot" after they 1deag'd you with full health.. Admins should check more on that instead of going on servers like mg where only 1-2 admins are needed.. You can't force them to play a game, but if there could be one active admin in PB, this would help so much. There would be less freekilling and above all (ontopic again) there would be a sane way of playing pb again.

EDIT: don't tell me that there are always admins on or you can demo it, we have enough admins that can play pb for a while against their will, and not in incognito..

I've been Afk a couple weeks due to personal reasons but unless it's changed dramatically, there IS almost always an admin on. Usually more than one. You can't disregard facts by saying "don't tell me..."

 

Also, we will never force admins to play in any certain server, and if they want to play incognito then try hold that right to do so.

Zaraki, how often do you play PB? Because it doesn't seem like it's too often. Forcing admins to play is not the way, and will just end up with a lot of admins quitting if anything. Demoing is easy, so I don't see how that's a problem either.

 

We can't really do much besides relying on people not to be complete idiots if it's impossible in ANY way to get an admin or record the rulebreaker(protip: it's always possible to record). And tell people to give warning shots, because most people actually listen even if you're not an admin. Asking in chatbox is also pretty efficient.

I think BJ means you can smd if you want admins to be forced to play AND incognito. Not only is it retarded to force people to play a GAME, but no one will get banned if we are tagged up all the time.

 

I have a full friends list and 50% is just random PB regs that only message me for rulebreakers. I leave my steam on whenever im home. Hell i even ban kids in the middle lf LoL games. Plenty of other PB admins are exactly the same in this respect.
