Yes.

 

Just keep this in mind when you pick:

 

1 v 1 = 8 people needed for 3 rounds, 16 for 4, 32 for 5.

3 v 3 = 24 people needed for 3 rounds, 48 for 4.

5 v 5 = 40 people needed for 3 rounds, 80 for 4.

If its not full 5s summoners rift is a silly thing to consider IMO. twisted treeline or ARAM map is much better for a few people.
