I cooked the whole family a tomato dish earlier in the week. Small roast potatoes seasoned with Parsley and some salt (Cooked in the oven for about half an hour after boiling). I fried some onion, garlic, oregano, then added chopped baby tomatoes, carrots, small chunks of chicken and a can of tinned tomatoes then I let it simmer for about half an hour and then thickened it with Parmesan cheese. Turned out so good but I just didn't make enough Wish I took some pictures! Link to comment
