(Wasn't sure where to post this.)

This has happened before, about 4-5 months ago. When it happened it lasted for a month or so and magically went away. Now it's back. (really annoys me) The problem here is that special characters (The 'cool' ones people use in their names and stuff) have turned into squares. A pretty good example of this is tetris or snake in Deathrun. (Everything is a square :bitchpls:)

Anyone know of or have a definite fix for this? :|

It has to do with different font styles that are not built into windows.. (AFAIK)

I to will get these square -Its just the way Windows displays text it doesn't know..

I really can't say anything specific... As I always just shrugged off this issue

Erm, if the special characters aren't loading up in CSS, then that COULD point towards an issue with your system. I want to run a quick test, go to Start - Accessories - System Tools - Character Map

Are there any special characters missing? Any weird symbols or do more of those square boxes appear?

What tweezy made you download was for the character font "Arno Pro Display" this doesn't mean it will fix your problem, as counter strike source uses a different style font.. Like I said, I dont know how to fix it.. Just giving what I think is the problem.

More a shot in the dark. I am doing research for what font the source engine / css uses. No luck so far. Just a little question. The blocks at the left of the screen with three coloured white. Are they meant to be there? Or are those also part of the issue?
