shoiep Posted April 26, 2013 Content Count: 2941 Joined: 02/11/12 Status: Offline Share Posted April 26, 2013 More a shot in the dark. I am doing research for what font the source engine / css uses. No luck so far. Just a little question. The blocks at the left of the screen with three coloured white. Are they meant to be there? Or are those also part of the issue? They're supposed to be the 'T' Tetris block. Without all the blocky errory-ness, they looked like perfect tetris blocks when the game works. Link to comment

Try installing those? Though it shouldn't be necessary as cstrike is only set to read them. :/ Link to comment

This time, the white squares that are supposed to be the tetris blocks and snake blocks are completely gone. Link to comment
Moop the communist Posted April 29, 2013 Content Count: 490 Joined: 06/19/10 Status: Offline Share Posted April 29, 2013 Delete and reinstall Counterstrike Source in steam library- 'delete local content.' Be sure to save your maps folder, and delete the path starting from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\counter-strike source to make sure it was deleted. We could do a clean wipe of Valve through the registry, but depending on how many games you have installed, it would be a lot of time down the drain. The install should save us some time and frustration. Link to comment
