Simple, if you have one post it.

I'll post one of me if i get a few others to get it going.

If necessary, say whoever you are in the photo, also it would be nice to explain exactly what is happening in the photo (from your POV)

I've always been one interested in action shots, so yeah anyways post a photo of you playing your sport
