I'm sure you can figure out the rest. Based on the people that have good and bad percentages in your post, it's safe to assume that this is how it works in CSGO as well. And I know how percentiles work and that's what I though of at first. But I went further to the bottom and saw that there was no way it represents percentile. It says Crazy Swede, T8RTITS, etc. as 99%, even though they probably only played one round of Classic Competitive and have like 0 kills and a couple deaths. That'd mean that they are above 99% of other players with 0 kills. Also, why would worse players be listed at the top? I have concluded that the Leaderboards are broken as fuck.
