Firstly, we have two new SA's. Please welcome Dick Vick and Labarr (again) as admins. They both had a high acceptance percentage, so the numbers spoke for themselves. Next, congratulate Vinnel Scurtch on being promoted to CE. Vinyl has been an SA for awhile now and is usually always level-headed and mature, so it was an easy choice. Finally, Panda will be taking on a new role as an AO. He offers new ideas, solutions, and frequently plays the servers / monitors the forums.
