[Rejected] More defined rules on TTT server (MOTD or !rules)

Many times now there have been instances where something was agreed upon as being a rule on the forums, but is not in the motd on the server. I believe the motd itself is fine, however I was wondering if there was anyway we could get a !rules plugin or something to help list the rules more.

 

Prime example is breaking the T tester. It has been agreed upon many times that breaking the t tester is traitorous and against the rules as an inno (some still agrue this but nonetheless general consensus).

 

Another example being door spamming. We never actually hit an exact standpoint on it, but it was generally believed to be against the rules till Spartan did it then we got into a debate about it and it was never resolved.
