My only question would be why you are friends with someone, but are unwilling to tell them if you think they would be a good Admin or not?

 

I mean I guess I understand not everyone can be mean, but honesty should be part of any friendship.

I understand where your both coming from, I just don't want to be considered a "mean" or "dick" admin. Besides I've been posting with no problems anyway. They seem to take the comments not to harshly or to heart. It was a thought at first that I didn't like, where everyone can see my votes but its not as bad as I thought.

 

Anyway thanks to all of you making changes that were needed, and I am looking forward to see what else you guys got ahead for us!

I've always felt that the less that is done "Behind the curtain" or whatever you want to call it the better.

Full disclosure leaves much less room for problems than hiding things does. Not that I feel that SG has been hiding anything to begin with. But this leaves less room for hearsay and also can help the applicant (if they are open minded) learn what needs to be improved.

 

If you can't be man/woman enough to say how you feel to my face that your opinion is useless to me.

 

Own up to what you think and say about someone. I have no problem telling each member of SG what I do or don't think of them. I have to question the integrity of people who feel the need to hide behind some sort of anonymity. It's part of they reason my forum name, Steam name, etc. haven't changed for years.

 

I appreciate when people are willing to call me out on bullshit because I am a better person for it.
