Rocksteady Posted December 25, 2013 Content Count: 8 Joined: 07/20/12 Status: Offline Share Posted December 25, 2013 So i have been having issues downloading anything from Css maps to Minecraft maps pretty much anything i download. Norton says that my system is clean but i am still having this issues. It downloads maybe a quarter of the download then it just stops. When I try to open it says its corrupted file and wont work with winrar. I am using windows vista any help would be great. PS tried just reinstalling windows and my cd drive isnt reading cds Link to comment
Banana Joe Posted December 25, 2013 Content Count: 3056 Joined: 01/25/10 Status: Offline Share Posted December 25, 2013 Okay first of all get rid of Norton and download Malwarebytes anti-malware and spybot search & destroy and scan your computer with those two. To replace Norton as a real-time anti-virus I can recommend Microsoft Security Essentials(for a free microsoft program it's quite good), but basically anything is better than Norton. Link to comment

You saved me from buying a cd drive to reinstall windows thank you once again Link to comment
