Why should we remove it

Way too T sided. 3 ways to enter the T room and you can easily just trap people everywhere. Also the secret room is very annoying when the Ts can easily just use teleporters and continually reload on knives or anything they want without gaining credits. Everyone is slowly starting to find out how to gain access to the room and a simple google search is an easy way to figure it out as well. Just way too T sided. Honestly v3 is still the best and will probably remain that way.

I agree with Beagle. There are way too many ways to be able to take out multiple innocents down by the testing area. You can plant a c4 or throw an incendiary grenade and lock them in the room with the traitor button and they will be dead. You can also break the tester, which would probably turn into a way to RDM. The 3 t room doors are also easier ways to get into the t room rather than one door. I also do not like the -99 hp room you can step into incase you get trapped by the traitors. I feel that it is your choice to go through that hallway, therefore if you get trapped, you should die.

People just need some time to learn how to adapt to the map.

 

As far as people making it to the secret room, I rarely see that happen. It's easy to figure out, harder to actually do in-game, and almost impossible to guarantee as a traitor you'll be the one to make it. What usually happens is once people realize someone is doing it, they all camp the pre-t room area and wait for them to finish. Then the person who is trying to do it on their own basically never makes it in and stops trying.

 

As far as C4 and whatever else, that is a factor in v3 as well so I don't see the issue...The pre-traitor room can be locked, yes, but if you hear the C4 and go to leave and they lock it, the door unlocks before 45 seconds. You have 15 seconds to hear the C4 which is pretty easy. Alternatively, don't stay in the pre-T room on v6. Like I said, you just need to adapt to the way v6 plays and it'll be fine. Once you realize you can't play it the same way you play v3, you will enjoy it more.

 

I say this because I still see people crowding up in the Pre-T room like they're on V3, then getting whiny and complaining because a traitor locked them in with an incendiary/C4. The Pre-T room was made easier to kill people in for a reason, because when people camp it, Traitors have almost no access to the Traitor room. (Like in v3)

This map is beyond shit. V3 is already an extremely popular and fun map, so I'm not sure why we have a need for this one. Not only that, but getting consecutive rounds of V3->V6 and vice versa is never fun. V3 was already overplayed like hell, so adding its inbred cousin to the roster just exacerbates the problem.

 

I'm sorry XeNo, but I can't subscribe to the idea that it's just a matter of 'getting used to it'. Even if that was the case, we already have a far more favored and enjoyable version of the map on the list, so all adding V6 does is produce clutter and issues. The amount of people unknowingly voting for it thinking it's v3 is criminal, and those poor suckers have to either endure it or beg for RTVs. Have a soul.

Just like ski_mountain this map is good as it is, it doesn't need to be changed anyhow. And the new version is as beagle said very T sided, and I agree with Huwa it is basically shit.
