If not, they're 2 companies who create next gen wearable technology. Emopulse is producing the Smile, a 128GB SmartWatch with the latest technology. It uses a sweet new curved display too. It's waterproof down to 3m (9 feet), and shock proof up to 2m (I think). It comes with a front facing camera for Skype, Oovoo, etc and another camera on the side for if you want to take pictures. It can also be used as your personal smartphone, or you can use BlueTooth to pair it to your phone. Right now, the Smile is available for preorder, costs $550, comes in Black/Dark grey and White/Gold, left handed or right handed. Now about Bionym. They are also a wearable technology company, but they're a little different from EmoPulse. They make a bracelet known as the Nymi. The Nymi is an ECG bracelet that uses your vitals as your key to everything. It works by taking a simple ECG, electrocardiograph, and pairing to all over your devices and other pieces of technology. If you wanted to unlock your phone, raise whichever hand your Nymi is on, and it will unlock your phone. If you want to pay for something but don't have your wallet or cash, hold your Nymi to the scanner. If you forgot your car keys and you have a newer car, just raise your hand to the door or your trunk! If you forgot your password on your computer, just wave at it with your hand. Currently, the Nymi is still in production, but is available for pre order. But, if you're one of the first 25,000 people to pre order it, it's a special $79. After the first 25,000 are pre ordered, it will rise to $99. Check it out at getnymi.com Okay so now that you know about both of these, which would you buy? The Smile or the Nymi? - spyder Link to comment

Don't need the smile , I already got a phone. Hihi I'm considering buying the Nymi. It'd work great since I live in a tech heavy household. I might also buy the Smile too, only because it would be on my wrist at all times. But, I would only keep it paired to my phone, i don't think it would be very useful as a smartphone. - spyder Link to comment
