Rounds are always played the full time they last due to the map being gigantic. Just a god awful map. The map doesn't get played too often and doesn't seem to do any major harm to the server population IMO. Traitors need to learn to buy radars. I don't know what you mean by too dark, it's rather bright and tons of lights. Turn your brightness up.
