Sorry, I didn't see your post until now, but I've found several glitches on it and everyone playing at the time complained about getting stuck in several parts of the map. If somebody did a revamp and fixed everything and added a bit more, then I guess it'd be okay. It's not so much poorly made imo (other than the copy pastes from cs_office), but just poorly designed. It's nothing special, always end up getting really bored.
