Skins in Counter Strike not showing.

I had same problem, there wasnt nothing in screen with 2 guns not even arms, but still they did shoot and custom sound was alright. Then those guns just came after few days. I have no idea what happened.

I have nothing helpful on the issue. Today I went through installing custom models/skins, and so far everything but the butterfly knife worked properly. :001_unsure:
