Bob Loblaw Posted November 30, 2014 Content Count: 3697 Joined: 01/07/09 Status: Offline Share Posted November 30, 2014 Got a linksys e2500 router. Not sure if it was a black friday sale or not though, online it said 49.99, ($10 off), so I reserved it in store. When I got there though, the e1200 was 49.99, and the e2500 was 99.99. (Not even 59.99 which the site said was the sale). Sure enough though, got a great router for $50. Flashed dd-wrt on there, configured OpenVPN, I now have it routing IP's 192.168.1.4 - 192.168.1.64 through my VPN in the states, and DHCP starts assigning at 65. So I can configure which devices go through the VPN, but by default nothing does. I'll be routing my amazon Fire TV through the VPN so I can get american netflix, and will be encrypting my xbmc that I plan on putting on there. Was a pretty good weekend. Link to comment
