Basically a category under general discussion where anything funny that you find on the internet can be posted. Or it could be a sub category within off topic. (Basically just a thought)

if it's anything that could go to the sub forums nuclear posted you can always make a separate thread about it

off topic section is more than enough. Or someone can create a thread in off topic section such as Funny quote or whatever, But i doubt the forum is lively enough for an extra section

As stated there are several threads that exist within the off topic section, if one is old feel free to bump it or just create a new one. Having sub-forums on top of sub-forums gets kinda messy IMO.
