People in/out of LRs can now damage each other, for example, if a T rebelled during an LR, another CT could kill that T, or the T could kill other CTs. CTs now get an M4 when the LRs S4S or Gun toss start, to defend themselves from cheaters. Anything above that time will be classified as an unreasonable order.
