So, do we know how we are going to organize teams because you guys have to be careful if you do it yourselves.

 

This has been brought up and I didn't explain it in the main thread as we really haven't made 100% how teams are picked. We wanted to see how the ranking fell first then figure out what the best way to divide teams up.

 

Right now we are planning to pick team captains and have a draft system in place, where each captain picks one person at a time. To be the most fair, we want to limit specific rank picks per team, this is the part where we are waiting for the ratios to come in. Now that we have 30+ players we are going to look at all the rankings and decide what the limitations per team will be. I'll hope to make this announcement tomorrow or the next day with more details involved in the actual picking of teams. If there any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to voice them, however, we already know we can't make everyone happy in this so if you are butt-hurt easily over who may or may not be on your team, then it may be best for you to withdraw. This whole thing is about teamwork and playing with others, if you can't do that with certain people, then you may want to consider that.

Going along with what Spiked stated, please if want to participate have your name in by the end of tomorrow! This way we can make a fair assessment of how to go about doing the teams.

 

I've also added a rank breakdown on the first page. The ranks aren't as bad as I thought they would be when this was first proposed. We have also reached the 36 mark which means 6 teams of 6. I think we will most likely stick with 6 teams so anything above 36 that we receive will obviously be added subs into the league.

As for teams we have really 2 proposed ideas:

 

1. The first idea is to have a draft. We would have 6 captains and then the captains would choose their teams. This is probably the easiest and best way to go about picking the teams.

 

2. Use the proposed idea earlier of evenly distributing the teams. So for example, right now we have 1 Global, 1 Supreme, etc. Each would be placed on a separate team. We would keep going down the ranks and randomly assign people in each rank to a team. Thus making everything completely random.
