Vy Posted July 14, 2015 Content Count: 1385 Joined: 05/22/11 Status: Offline Share Posted July 14, 2015 (edited) Microsoft security essentials is surprisingly good. It's actually pretty horrible based on the tests. Or so I've read a year ago or so. I use Kaspersky and Malwarebytes. Both of them I got legally. nick Posted July 14, 2015 Content Count: 2983 Joined: 01/08/13 Status: Offline Share Posted July 14, 2015 I don't use an an antivirus. I feel like there's no need for one if you're cautious on what you click/download. Sometimes AV don't even catch things because people usually crypt shit like RATs and keyloggers into .exes so they won't show up when a scan is performed on an AV like MB and shit. I was using it on my previous PC.. Can't say anything bad about it, i just don't like anything using up resources Bitdefender is a great antivirus too.. My ISP provides a free 1 year license for it's clients, so that's the only good thing they can offer since they failed on providing internet x) Link to comment https://forums.steam-gamers.net/topic/55703-antivirus/#findComment-699125
