Update on Server, admin, subscriber, and other issues

Due to the nature of the issues with sourcebans, and our hosting provider, we cannot give a set time that we will have the problems with servers, bans, admins, subs, etc all sorted out. However as a temporary measure I have added admin info and perm ban info to each server individually. Due to the nature of the temporary fix and having to keep the files read only, only those with direct dedicated server access can change or add subs and admins etc.

 

What does this mean for you?

 

Admins please check your rank relevant section for the details on how this affects you.

 

Subs and donators, your permissions will work, however if you are donating/subbing for the first time, there will be a delay as you are added to the server cluster. It may take up to a week as well, as that is when i overhaul all the files and clean up the servers. If you are having issues with your sub/donation permissions post a request along with your steam id in the forums and I will add you to the list to check on. If you take several days to receive your bonuses in game, you will receive those days back free as long as you let us know you aren't getting your game access on the forums.

 

again continue to use the ban/admin/complaint system as you all have as normal. once we straighten out the communication issues with the servers and hosts, sourcebans will just automatically work.

 

thanks for being patient, it has taken me several days to rule out what was wrong, and to get the proper tickets in to our website and dedi hosts, so things are being worked on, just slowly.
