This is some homemade sausage with corn, potatoes, shrimp, and lemon for flavor.

 

Sausage was from wild hog we killed on my roommates grandparents land.

 

I'm obviously not as talented as blargh, but i thought i'd share anyways

I was on an asian food kick this week.

 

Here is my produce to make spring rolls, kimchi, salmon with bokchoy, and korean bbq chicken lettuce wraps

Bahn Mi - My all time favorite sammich. This time I made it with Mahi Mahi. Traditionally its made with pork, ham, liver pate but there are some interesting variations.
