Ms. Blargh Posted January 19, 2016 Content Count: 2833 Joined: 02/16/09 Status: Offline Share Posted January 19, 2016 I made Ahi tuna and mango avocado salsa for dinner. Here is the garlic aioli and ponzu dipping sauce I made for the Ahi. Mango avocado salsa with lemon juice, olive oil, and red onion. So yum. I covered the Ahi with salt pepper and sesame seeds and seared on both sides for 30 seconds. Cut the Ahi into thin slices and voila. Link to comment

Ms. Blargh Posted January 25, 2016 Content Count: 2833 Joined: 02/16/09 Status: Offline Share Posted January 25, 2016 Tonight's dinner: Venison burgers and stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon The venison burger patties. I added a TB of mayo to make the burgers moist and seasoned with S&P. Sauteing mushroom and crisping the buns on stove. No one likes soggy buns. I made my BF cut the Jalapenos cause I'm a wuss. He usually cuts onions for me too. Stuffed the Jalapenos with cream cheese. Wrapped them up with bacon. The finished product. 1 Link to comment
