I crackled myself up since I did almost the same in school when I was with our IT Support working with the servers for few days and having to use remote desktop

Some employee was complaining that the website didn't work and I asked if it was the school site or other sites and she didn't know what I meant, so of course we start investigate what's up and discover she's using some dial-up speed connection inside a secure system so no wonder her web isn't working since firewall and routing blocked it

Lucky though we didn't take the system down for it :thumbup:
