Additional Information

I'm the creator of Dojo and I just recently released a rather significant update for this for the Jailbreak server I frequent. I noticed that several other communities have taken an interest in the map which I really do appreciate.

 

I replaced the Castle Wars game with another game that's not nearly as glitchy, replaced the main solitary with a laser game, changed a couple disco songs, and revamped the weeaboo room, by making it even bigger and by adding a couple well hidden secrets in there nearly impossible to find unless you decompile the map and open it up in Hammer. The room was originally an inside joke that turned into something probably a little bit too serious over time as I began making updates to the map.

 

If it's appropriate, I'll take critiques and suggestions for future updates of the map.

Saw you changed the disco songs, my question is was the volume lowered? A big problem I see ppl having with that disco is how loud it is.

I changed the Disco songs, but the volume should be the same as it was before. Meaning that the volume fades off as you leave the vicinity of the Disco and go back outside. Generally in my experience, the songs are blaring in the cavern area of the map where the Disco is, but fall to no more than a murmur as long as you're in the main cellblock or even farther.

Obviously it's not realistic to ask you to change a feature of the map specifically for a server you don't spend a lot of time on, but just a suggestion to make the overall the volume should probably be lowered so that its not blaring anywhere. Makes it very hard to do anything when the orders are disco. Again just a suggestion but understandbly it doesn't make sense to change the map for just one server.

 

Good map btw, quite big but overall I've enjoyed it so far

Thanks for making an update/giving us said update. I'll add it to the server later today. Our server loves your map and we are happy you're still interested in updating it. Keep up the good work.

 

If you ever make more maps, putting weeaboo rooms pretty much = profit at this rate. Maybe making another that's significantly smaller since at times the size of the map is a bit difficult to handle for our CTs. Not asking you to change anything or make anything, but just giving you advice for possible expansion in map projects if you were ever interested in such.

 

Also curious here, what made you think at first minecraft theme map and a weeaboo room mixed together would do well? It seemed so silly at first but worked so fucking well lol.
