I've got both bound to +jump as to prevent accidental weapon switching, but it's about once in a blue moon I use mwheelup on purpose.

Neither shows mouse movement but if it isn't self explanatory; You turn left, when you strafe left with A / Turn right when you strafe with D. You stop pressing forward(W) and backward(S) keys while you bhop.

 

Now get out there and start learning! BTW, I most of times use Down on scroll to bhop, but have them both bound so where was the "both" option?
