I have always found that finding a new map that is not Razor-esque that everyone enjoys is a better alternative than restricting map votes.

 

Increasing the possible "awesome" map choices is better than decreasing the number of popular maps are available to pick from.

 

As Admins, have you done mapvotes to go to other maps and seen how the voting goes? If you vote for a specific map that is not played as often, but it still gets a negative voting when it's the only option, it would be important to know.
