I have made a post about a server idea kinda like this and think it would be a great idea, i would definitely play on it!

Might be a decent idea but like bethy said we need to be careful not to jeopardize the other new servers' popularity by opening too many others, this included. I think it'd be pretty popular as casual/1v1 draw good audiences.
