Rawr hits the nail. Votekick can always be swayed by a group and making a unanimous vote will not work if theres said group, as those wont votekick him. If you happen to have a rulebreaker on the server and no admins are on site, you can either try to contact a admin to join and take care of the issue, request one on chatbox or gather evidence and submit a player complain. 1 Link to comment
