i've seen on some servers they make the jihad make a nokia ringtone noise when it detonates. who wouldn't want to hear a nokia ringtone right before their death?

I really don't know much about the plugin itself since it's old as balls, took us forever to even fix the actual Jihad sound soooo. I'll discuss it with others if I get time tomorrow.

Would be an interesting idea, assuming if that's even possible to allow players to change sounds and also considering people having to download some extra files.
