If you join when there is no admin there are probably gonna be 1 or 2 rule breakers. But if you do join always try to get an admin on when there is a rule breaker ASAP. So if you rule breakers are reading I'm here find you and you'll be caught. So please and always follow rules. The servers are most populated on the weekends, usually in the eveningtime. As for rulebreakers, make a demo and see if you can't contact an admin. If all else fails, make a player complaint.
