Registration Problems

I am getting reports that we are having registration issues.

 

Well I kinda need to know more than people are having issues. I need to know how they are trying to register, via Steam or the traditional way. What e-mail service they are using. What error specifically is coming up.

 

This goes for just about everything, when someone tells you they have a problem, ask them questions even though you may not be able to help them, without more information, telling me someone has a problem with x, usually doesn't help me at all.
