I live near woods, so i have so many weedles around me........and My ratata is the highest CP at 23. WHY IS EEVEE AT CP14 AND CHARMANDER AT CP12.

 

I see Growlithe and Drowzee that i want but i can't fine them =/. Waiting for night to fall at the moment
