Nadeshot proved this wrong, you can see in his video he gets a Vaporeon from the name Sparky

It's based on the move set. Body slam = flareon or some shit. 3 moves for eevee - Certain moveset = certain evolution. (I believe)

Yes but a lot videos said the name changing evolution only worked once, not just the evolution.
