That map is decent , I've learned to avoid the initial traps in the first maze now. It's the ones in the 2nd maze that keep killing me. IamLegend seems to be getting a bad rap but I think it's a great map. At first I was angry because it was so big and dark but once I realized how to play the map I was fine with it. I also want to add xpg to the list...severely underplayed map , played that a few times and it's weird. I usually like city themed maps like that , but that map is an exception. Of course the map is barely played anymore so I don't have a chance to revisit and get accustomed to it Link to comment

Icecave is either grossly zombie sided(most of the time) or grossly human sided if they actually make it to the end and barricade that top three room thing. Trap is like deathrun with no terrorists, and nobody gives a shit whether or not they become a zombie because it really doesn't matter, the first guy to make it wins. That defeats the entire purpose of zombie mod. Mumbo_jumbo needs no explanation and neither does bridge. Other maps I don't like are boatescape6, malvina's, sorrento, nostromo, snowescape, panic, spacestation_x, wasteland and cp. I'm convinced 95% of the people that play on the server don't know how to win boatescape6, and the chopper rapes FPS. Malvina's is an embarrassment, your escape method holds less than 10 people on a server of 40(and 10 is very generous), and you can glitch the nuke at the corners of the map where the APCs are behind the metal bars. Sorrento is nearly impossible for humans to win, unless everyone's on the same page and paying attention, getting on one of the two boats and shooting the fuck out of anything that comes down the ladder. Nostromo's dark, boring, has zero hold spots besides the end but wants you to wait for doors and shit to open, and it takes forever for the pods to leave. Snowescape is just boring, it's really small. Most of the hold spots in Panic are crap, it's boring, and most people don't know how to hold the end and lose almost every time. Spacestation_x is all about the X-Wing so you're guaranteed 20 or 30 zombies every round, and very few people are interested in holding the boxes to win. The bunker thing in wasteland is crap and humans lose almost every time because not enough people defend the door. Cp is long, boring, and no one's interested in holding shit until they get indoors. Terrible FPS too. Borderline between tolerable and dislike are IamLegend, ATIX_helicopter, extinction, canal, and jet. IamLegend I can't really put my finger on why I don't like it very much, there's nothing extremely wrong with the map. ATIX_helicopter is boring, so is extinction, canal is extremely uninspired and the bunker area just sucks, and the jet in jet_escape is horrible and so is the nuke. Link to comment
